Using bonus bets from promotions

I’ve been getting bonus bets from Calvin’s Promo of the Day and I’m confused on how to use them. They’ve been counted as profits but I can’t use them the same way I would use normal winning since the stake isn’t included. I have a few expiring soon so I just wanted to ask what the best way to use them is and how to do the maths and what not? Thank you!
