I got this in the email relateing to the above issue…

CrownBet requires a copy of your bank statement from your bank account used to request a recent withdrawal prior to permitting a withdrawal from your account.

We require that you verify your bank account by completing the following steps:

Photocopy, scan or take a coloured picture of the first page of your bank statement. We need to be able to clearly see the account holder name, residential address, BSB and account number.
For privacy purposes, you may block out any transactions or balances.
Please ensure that you provide a copy of your official bank statement on company letterhead.

Its not problem providing the statement but it does have both of our names on it. My address with Crown was in QLD but hers is correctly in NSW and matches the statement…

Do you think just send it through?
